Zhejiang Chase Chemical Co., Ltd. (formerly Ruiyuan Chemical) is a wholly-owned sales subsidiary of Quzhou Kaiwo Chemical Co., Ltd.; As the Group’s core production facility, Quzhou Kaiwo Chemical is a high-tech enterprise that integrates research and production, specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of high-tech fine chemicals such as intermediates for fur and hair dyes, as well as pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates. Chase Chemical coordinates omnichannel market and trade operations, forming a comprehensive operational system that integrates R&D, production, and sales.

The production base currently employs approximately 125 people, with professionals holding doctoral and master’s degrees accounting for 35% of the workforce. The facility possesses the capability to independently research and develop high-tech products and optimize production processes, and can customize and develop specialized products to meet specific customer requirements. The production facility is located in the Quzhou High-Tech Industrial Park, a provincial-level specialized high-tech chemical industrial park approved by the Zhejiang Provincial Government and endorsed by the National Development and Reform Commission. The park features comprehensive infrastructure for water supply, power, telecommunications, and centralized wastewater treatment. The plant relies on the Juhua Group for the market-based, nearby procurement of heating, wastewater disposal, and basic chemical raw materials required for production, providing a solid foundation for long-term, stable, and low-cost continuous production.

In terms of workplace safety and environmental protection, all production facilities and equipment at Kaiwo Chemical comply with Class A and Class B explosion-proof design standards. The plant is equipped with standardized exhaust gas absorption and treatment systems, ensuring that wastewater consistently meets national discharge standards, and environmental protection facilities operate reliably and stably over the long term. The company operates multiple standardized synthetic production lines capable of meeting the batch production demands for a wide range of intermediates. The plant has established a comprehensive end-to-end quality assurance system and is equipped with high-precision testing equipment, including imported high-performance liquid chromatographs (HPLC), gas chromatographs (GC), Karl Fischer moisture analyzers, and melting point apparatuses. Additionally, a standardized precision chemical R&D laboratory has been established to support small-scale trials, pilot-scale testing, and process optimization for new products.

Leveraging years of accumulated expertise in organic synthesis technology, the plant has developed a portfolio of intermediate products featuring core processes such as continuous nitration, catalytic reduction, esterification, acylation, and precision separation and purification, fully meeting the diverse procurement and customized production needs of domestic and international customers; Its subsidiary, Zhejiang Chase Chemical Co., Ltd., specializes in liaising with domestic and international clients regarding negotiations, order fulfillment, technical coordination, and after-sales service, thereby providing end-to-end service coverage from production at the source to final delivery.
